List of fields and objects
KONTAKTE adds custom objects to the data model and custom fields to Salesforce standard objects. The following lists give an overview of these additions.
Custom objects
Communication rule (de: Kommunikationsregel)
Communication rules allow to steer the communication between organization and donor.

Options (de: Optionen) | kldo__Options__c | Picklist | Options detailing a scope of a preference. The list of reasons can be adapted to customer specific needs. |
Owner | OwnerId | Lookup(UserGroup) | Standard Salesforce field. Link to the owner of the record. |
Reason | kldo__Reason__c | Picklist | Reason for the creation of the communication rule. The available reasons are dependent on the chosen record type. The list of reasons can be adapted to customer specific needs. |

Scope | kldo__Scope__c | Picklist | Scope, to which the communication rule applies to. The available scopes are dependent on the chosen record type. |
Start date | kldo__StartDate__c | Date | Date from which the communication rule is valid. If the start date is empty, the communication rule is valid for the entire period up to the end date. |
